Pens & Paper Bakesale

On Wednesday, November 12, the Pens & Pages club hosted its very first bake sale. The event offered customizable coffee drinks, hot chocolate, fresh croissants, and pens and keychains. Reflecting the club's purpose as a writing club. Students and teachers both came by to enjoy the treats and support the club’s future projects.
The success of the bake sale was made possible thanks to the many volunteers who helped organize, serve, and support. The club’s efforts created a welcoming, cozy cafe-like vibe inside Pleasant View School’s Gym. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward expanding the club for more future events.
Reflecting on the day, Aasiayah, the club’s founder, shared: “The event was a wonderful first event.” Her words show the importance of a milestone; the moment was for Pens & Pages, marking the beginning of many more creative projects to come.
