5th graders uncover nature's secrets! Dissection of owl pellets!

​On Thursday November 6, the PVS fifth grade class went on a field trip to the zoo. The field trip was organized by Ms. Cecilia and Ms. Mona and some PVS helped out by serving as chaperones. The goal of the trip was to teach the fifth graders about the natural world through the dissection of owl pellets. After the dissection, the students enjoyed seeing the new and exotic animals in the zoo exhibits.
